Alison Cooper Reigns As 2021 Ripley County Fair Queen

The 2021 Ripley County Fair Queen pageants were held Wednesday, Sept. 8, on the opening night of the fair. It was a tough chore for the judges in all six age categories. The pageants are sponsored by the Sigma Xi sorority of Doniphan.

Alison Cooper, a senior at Doniphan High School, was selected Miss Ripley County Fair for 2021. She is the daughter of Chase and Shelley Cooper. Alison also won the title of Junior Miss Fair Queen in 2019. (Ron Smith)

Freedom Bates (center) was crowned Junior Miss Ripley County Fair Queen for 2021. She is the daughter of Brian and Miranda Bates. First alternate was Emily Johannsen (right), daughter of Phillip and Stephanie Johannsen. Second alternate was Cadance Haywood (left), daughter of Crystal March, and Chad and Shalane Haywood.
Layla Spradling (center) was crowned Young Miss Ripley County Fair Queen for 2021. She is the daughter of Justin and Christy Spradling. First alternate was Autumn Garcia (right), daughter of Francisco and Veronica Garcia. Second alternate was Grace Shafer (left), daughter of Heather Hall and Greg Shafer.
Trailyn Grace (center) was crowned Little Ripley County Fair Queen. She is the daughter of Randy and Jennifer Grace. Ella Mae Kovach (right) was first alternate. She is the daughter of Ryan and Samantha Kovach. Blakely Strohmeyer (left) was second alternate. She is the daughter of Cory and Cassie Strohmeyer.
Charlotte Rudd (center) was crowned Tiny Ripley County Fair Queen. She is the daughter of Kory Rudd and Jessica Long. Ella Nicole Stewart (right) was first alternate. She is the daughter of Caleb and Michelle Stewart. Felecity Hall (left) was second alternate. She is the daughter of Jeffrey and Heather Hall.
Fletcher Leigh Pennington (center) was crowned Baby Ripley County Fair Queen. She is the daughter of Kevin and Brittney Pennington. Emery Green (right) was first alternate. She is the daughter of Hannah Green and Scott Hibbing. Paisleigh Bunyard (left) was second alternate. She is the daughter of Courtney Carlile and Mitchell Bunyard.
