The First Snow Of The Season

The first measurable snowfall of the season arrived this morning in Ripley County, giving youngsters an unexpected day off from school and providing some adults with a chance to stay home, too. The weatherman is calling for clearing skies later today, however, temperatures are expected to remain cold. Winter definitely has arrived.
