Jeremy Michael Brooks, 30, Doniphan, was sentenced to five years supervised probation March 18 pending his scheduled release April 5 from a long term treatment program at the Ozark Correctional Center at Fordland, Mo.

Brooks was sentenced Oct. 24 to seven years on a guilty plea to second-degree domestic assault (persistent offender) beginning with placement in the long-term institutionalized treatment program.

Katie Lynn Ganzer, 28, Doniphan, pleaded guilty March 18 to felony possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections with suspended execution of sentence. She received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Amber Dawn Lashley, 30, Cadet, Mo., was sentenced March 18 to two years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after admitting violating conditions of her probation.

Lashley was serving five years supervised probation on a previous guilty plea to felony possession of a controlled substance.

Rhonda L. Mazigian, 32, Coloma, Mich., pleaded guilty March 18 to an amended felony charge of receiving stolen property. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.
