Warrants

Warrants were issued March 25-28 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Roger Lynn Brooks, 39, Matthews, capias warrant for a felony probation violation hearing;

•James T. Leroux, 45, Doniphan, felony charge of non-support;

•Brittany Lynn Morris, 27, Doniphan, failure to appear on a felony charge of first-degree child endangerment involving drugs (two counts);

•Joshua D. Redus, 28, Gatewood, felony charge of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia;

•Regina J. Roberts, 38, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on a municipal charge of driving without a seat belt;

•Terry Joe Swigert, 36, Piggott, Ark., felony charges of first-degree burglary and third-degree domestic assault;

•Schylar Alexis Tubbs, 24, Fairdealing, failure to appear on municipal charges of driving without a license, no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.
