Warrants were issued May 3-9 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Steven C. Martin, 52, Fairdealing, felony charge of passing a bad check (two counts);

•Mark Anthony Murdock, 36, Naylor, capias warrant for a probation violation hearing;

•Tyler E. O’Neal, 24, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check (two counts);

•Richard Dominic Simmers, 41, Fairdealing, failure to appear for a probation status hearing;

•Jeffery Scott Winters, 36, Oxly, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of displaying/possessing license plates registered to another.
