Zachariah Daniel Brandon, 26, Harviell, pleaded guilty May 29 to an amended misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle with brakes not in good working order. He was fined $100 plus costs.

Ashley Nicole Kramer, 26, Doniphan, was fined $50 plus costs on May 29 after entering a guilty plea May 24 to no insurance and no seat belt.

Eric Jerome Pudivitr, 45, Doniphan, pleaded guilty May 29 to misdemeanor stealing. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended execution of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Jennifer Yvonne Wilson, 33, Doniphan, pleaded guilty May 29 to misdemeanor stealing. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with suspended execution of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.
