Warrants were issued May 24-31 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Justin Edward Abbott, 30, Doniphan, failure to appear on municipal charges of failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance;

•Charles Dwayne Cannon, 38, Doniphan, felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon and driving without a license (third or subsequent offense);

•Marley Roger Colburn, 38, Poplar Bluff, felony charge of second-degree burglary and misdemeanor second-degree property damage;

•Kaitlynn Yvonne Lour, 30, Doniphan, failure to appear on a felony charge of stealing;

•Reighann Nicole Massey, 22, Gatewood, felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor violation of a child protection order;

•Travis W. McCracken, 38, Ellsinore, failure to appear on a felony charge of forgery (three counts) and misdemeanor no insurance;

•Christopher Lloyd Neels, 39, no address listed, failure to appear for a probation revocation hearing;

•Jenny Ann Ruhl, 34, Naylor, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license;

•Joseph Michael West II, 42, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license.
