Circuit Court Division I

Christine Hitt, 33, Cape Girardeau, was sentenced July 1 to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections with suspended execution of sentence and was placed on five years supervised probation after her probation was revoked by the court.

Hitt appeared in Ripley County Circuit Court on a change of venue from Butler County. A probation revocation hearing was held June 18 on a previous guilty plea to felony stealing.
