Christopher Ervin Lott, 38, no address listed, pleaded guilty July 10 to animal neglect. He was sentenced to nine days in jail with credit for nine days served.

Larry Alton Raines, 74, Doniphan, pleaded guilty July 10 to an amended misdemeanor charge of failure to drive on the right half of a roadway. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.
