Zachary A. Chunn, 25, Memphis, Tenn., pleaded guilty July 17 to peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Aziza Joseph Cook, 55, Jonesboro, Ark., pleaded guilty July 17 to peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Teddy Michael Dale, 50, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty July 18 to fishing with a permit. He was fined $24.50 plus costs.

Jeffrey Pierce McCoy II, 28, Sikeston, pleaded guilty July 17 to peace disturbance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. On Count I, he was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs. On Count II, he was fined $50 plus costs.

Jonathan Philip Page, 35, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty July 17 to an amended misdemeanor charge of failure to drive on the right half of a roadway resulting in an accident.
