Mandy Ann Arthur, 44, Doniphan, pleaded guilty July 24 to failure to register a motor vehicle. On Aug. 7, she was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Jeffery Allen Dovers, 59, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Aug. 7 to driving while intoxicated. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Brandon James Dewayne Hamm, 20, Hayti, Mo., pleaded guilty Aug. 7 to littering and possessing a glass container on a waterway. He was fined $150 plus costs.

Ebony Martin, 21, Fairdealing, pleaded guilty Aug. 7 to operating a vehicle without insurance. She was fined $50 plus costs.

Kymber Raylyn Tyler, 24, Caruthersville, Mo., pleaded guilty Aug. 7 to possessing a glass container on a waterway. She was fined $75 plus costs.
