Mi’cheal Lazaire Le’k Badger, 22, Farmington, Mo., pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Charles Wayne Billips, 48, Paragould, Ark., pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Darren L. Bond, 28, Vienna, Ill., pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Marlena J. Bond, 33, Vienna, Ill., pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to peace disturbance. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Lindsey M. Choate, 26, Park Hills, Mo., pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to peace disturbance. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Jenna C. Davis, 22, Brighton, Ill., pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to peace disturbance. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Kimberly L. Emmons, 45, Lebanon, Mo., pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to misdemeanor stealing motor fuel. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Matthew D. Flynn, 22, Reeds Spring, Mo., pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to possessing a glass container on a waterway. He was fined $100 plus costs.

Megan R. Hannah, 23, Farmington, pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to peace disturbance. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Joshua Paul Love, 37, Springfield, Mo., pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to an amended misdemeanor charge of driving without a license (second offense.) He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for nine days served and suspended execution fo the remainder. He received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Zackary Floyd Oliver, 19, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Markus Christopher Ridener, 23, Harviell, pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to possessing a glass container on a waterway. He was fined $150 plus costs.

Ronald James Roush, 53, Paragould, Ark., pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to an amended misdemeanor charge of peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Byron Lee Surrell, 25, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to possessing a glass container on a waterway. He was fined $150 plus costs.

Jamie Michelle Toon, 20, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to following another vehicle too closely. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Ashley Dawn Yount, 29, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Aug. 28 to an amended misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle with brakes not in good working order. She was fined $50.
