James Michael Abbott, 25, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Sept. 18 to peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund.

Matthew Martin Book, 47, Pocahontas, Ark., pleaded guilty Sept. 18 to driving while intoxicated. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Victoria Nicole Brooks, 26, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Sept. 18 to misdemeanor stealing. She was sentenced to 45 days in jail with credit for 28 days served and suspended execution of the remaining sentence. She received two years unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Alvin Hill, 29, Malden, pleaded guilty Sept. 18 to misdemeanor non-support. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $150 to the CLER fund plus costs.

David W. Leonard, 30, Corning, Ark., pleaded guilty Sept. 18 to driving while intoxicated (drugs.) He was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served.

Holly Lynn Weed, 26, Jefferson City, Mo., pleaded guilty Sept. 18 to peace disturbance. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.
