Warrants were issued Nov. 12-13 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•George Dennis Allensworth Jr., 31, Fisk, failure to appear on a felony charge of non-support;

•Alex Dale Armour, 27, Naylor, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of speeding and no insurance;

*DeJuan M. Brady, 26, Doniphan, failure to appear on municipal charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance;

•Ricky S. Buse, 28, Doniphan, capias warrant for a probation violation hearing;

•Melissa Julia Ann Cotto, 36, no address listed, failure to appear on municipal charges of driving without a license and failure to register a motor vehicle;

•Dustin Kirk Epperson, 28, Doniphan, failure to appear on municipal charges of driving with a suspended license, failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance;

•Ricky Lee Jones, 33, Dexter, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of stealing rented property;

•Dustin Wayne Kelly, 23, Grandin, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of littering;

•James Hunter Parks, 21, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of speeding;

•Michael Shawn Robinson, 48, Doniphan, felony charges of delivering a controlled substance, unlawful possession of illegal weapon, possession of a controlled substance (two counts), unlawful use of a weapon (possession and a felony controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (prior drug offense), and misdemeanor attempting to take wildlife without a permit and stealing;

•Elisha Ann Silman, 40, Doniphan, failure to appear for a probation revocaton hearing (three counts);

•Joseph Michael West II, 43, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license;
