Virgil A. Patterson, 43, no address listed, was sentenced Nov. 8 to five years supervised probation pending his scheduled release Nov. 25 from a long term treatment program at the Ozark Correctional Center at Fordland, Mo.

Patterson was sentenced Aug. 20, 2018, to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after pleading guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance. Sentence began with placement in a long-term treatment program to be followed by a review by the court upon completion.
