Warrants For Nov. 19-21

Warrants were issued Nov. 19-21 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Richard Wayne Cassinger, 49, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on a charge of speeding;

•Dustin Dewayne Clifton, 30, Paragould, Ark., failure to appear on a felony charge of forgery, misdemeanor interference with legal process and speeding;

•Eric Xavier Erxleben, 17, Doniphan, felony charge of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia;

•Olivia Brooke Foutch, 19, Murray, Ky., failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of minor visibly intoxicated;

•Dewayne Alvin Jones, 50, Cape Girardeau, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance;

•Bruce Adam Lacy, 31, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on a felony charge of non-support;

•Timothy L. Martin, 46, Doniphan, capias warrant for a probation violation hearing;

•David Allen Willcut Jr., 38, Fairdealing, misdemeanor charge of second-degree tampering with a utility meter.
