Nicholas Arthur Barrett, 40, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Nov. 20 to pursuing/taking/possessing migratory birds without a migratory bird hunting permit. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $100 to the CLER fund plus costs.
