Warrants for Jan. 17-23

Warrants were issued Jan. 17-23 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Christopher Shane Hays, 42, Poplar Bluff, felony charge of leaving the scene of an accident, driving with a suspended license (second or third offense) and no insurance;

•Kevin Leon Phelps, 64, Doniphan, failure to appear on municipal charges of failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance;

•Anthony Dicardo Richard, 41, Poplar Bluff, felony charge of stealing a motor vehicle;

•Christopher Bradley Thompson, 38, Paragould, Ark., failure to appear on municipal charges of failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance.
