Joel Don Berry, 49, Gatewood, pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to an amended misdemeanor charge of peace disturbance. He was fined $100 plus costs.

Travis Wayne Hardesty, 29, Malden, pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to speeding. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Caleb M. Moore, 28, Piggott, Ark., pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to peace disturbance (second offense.) He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received 10 days unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Jacob Nathaniel Pinkston, 35, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to driving with a suspended license. He was fined $300 plus costs.

Douglas Michael Tisdal, 27, Naylor, pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to driving while intoxicated. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Robert Bradford Tucker II, 32, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to failure to register a motor vehicle. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $200 to the CLER fund plus costs.
