Travis Wayne McCracken, 39, Ellsinore, pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to failure to register a motor vehicle (two counts.) He was fined $150 plus costs on each count for a total fine of $300.

Tory Andrew McFadden, 32, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Feb. 26 to failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurances. On Count I, he was fined $50 plus costs. On Count II, he was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.
