NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S FORECLOSURE SALE
For default in the payment of interest and principal now due as provided by the note secured by the Deed of Trust executed by T.B.C. Transportation, LLC, dated January 31, 2014, and recorded on February 4, 2014, in Book 543 at Page 50 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Ripley County, Doniphan, Missouri, conveying to Jim Markel, of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, Trustee, pursuant to the terms of the said Deed of Trust, the following-described real estate located in the County of Ripley, State of Missouri, to wit:
One Square Acre, except, 35 feet off the North side for public road, in the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 22 North, Range 4 East, except for the following tract:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of the above-described tract and run South approximately 175 feet to the Southwest corner of the above-described tract; run thence East 100 feet; run thence East 100 feet; run thence North approximately 175 feet to the North line of the above-described Tract; run thence West to the Point of Beginning.
The entire unpaid debt secured by said Deed of Trust having been declared due by the holder thereof, will at the request of the legal holder of said note on Thursday, April 16, 202020, at 1:00 o’clock p.m., at the Ripley County Courthouse, in Doniphan, Missouri, sell said real estate at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, and to satisfy said debt and costs.
