Megan Caldwell, 44, Grandin, pleaded guilty March 11 to operating a vehicle owned by another knowing the owner had not maintained insurance. She was fined $50 plus costs.

Samantha Jo Massey, 30, Gatewood, pleaded guilty March 11 to no insurance. She was fined $50 plus costs.

Magen Tay Ralph, 30, Doniphan, pleaded guilty March 11 to no insurance and no seat belt. She was fined $60 plus costs.

Hollie Marie Reagan, 57, Doniphan, pleaded guilty March 11 to misdemeanor violation of an order of protection for an adult. She was fined $150 plus costs.

Ricky Lee Thurman, 34, Poplar Bluff, was sentenced March 11 to 60 days in jail after his probation was revoked by the court following a hearing.

Thurman was serving two years supervised probation on a guilty plea to driving with a revoked license (second offense). He was given credit for time served.

Donald Edward Tubb, 61, Oxly, pleaded guilty March 11 to failure to register a motor vehicle. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Ashley R. Winn, 40, Doniphan, pleaded guilty March 11 to misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt. She was fined $110 plus costs.
