Warrants For May 13-14

Warrants were issued May 13-14 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Andrew Austin, 49, Kansas City, Mo., failure to appear on a felony charge of non-support;

•Joshua Delaine Blagg, 41, Harviell, failure to appear on municipal charges of driving without a license and failure to register a motor vehicle;

•Elio E. Carmagnini, 43, no address listed, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of failure to register a motor vehicle;

•Cody Brock Cox, 23, Doniphan, felony charges of driving while intoxicated (physical injury), leaving the scene of an accident (physical injury) and first-degree child endangerment;

•Christopher Lee Duffy, 23, Fairdealing, felony charge of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts);

•Randy Joe Hubbard, 20, Doniphan, felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor driving without a license (second offense), speeding, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana;

•Michael L. Ryan, 33, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license;

•Michael Lee Shipman, 39, no address listed, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of a roadway;

•Dakota Wade Tate, 21, Corning, Ark., failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of failure to drive on the right half of a roadway resulting in an accident, no insurance and failure to display plates on vehicle.
