WHEREAS, Bobby Shannon Jones, a/k/a Bobby Jones, a single person, by a certain deed of trust dated December 24, 2015, and recorded on the 31st day of December 2015, in Book 565, at Page 193, of the Deed Records of Ripley County, Missouri, did convey to Devin Kirby, as Trustee, the following described real estate, lying, situate and being in the County of Ripley, State of Missouri, to‑wit:

All of a tract of land 98 feet East and West (generally) fronting on Highway No. 160 (Old) and 132 feet North and South, Except 18 feet on the East side thereof, all directions as indicated in the Southeast corner of the following described tract: All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28, Township 23 North, Range 2 East, run West on center line of Section 342 feet; thence South 563 feet to a Point of Beginning; thence South 35 degrees 15’ West 265 feet to the center of Highway No. 160 (Old, formally Highway No. 14) at station 25+24; thence follow center of Highway Northwesterly 360 feet to station 21+64; thence North 60 degrees East to the East line of Highway; thence North 60 degrees East 186 feet; thence South 54 degrees East to the Point of Beginning, Except easements and rights-of-way. which conveyance was made in trust to secure the payment of one promissory note of even date with said deed of trust and therein particularly described, and,

WHEREAS, the said Devin Kirby has refused to act as Trustee herein and the holder of the note has appointed Bobbie Elliott as Successor Trustee pursuant to the terms of said Deed of Trust;

AND WHEREAS, default was made in the payment of said promissory note in accordance with the true tenor thereof;

NOW, THEREFORE, at the request of the legal holder of said note and deed of trust, and in pursuance of the terms and provisions thereof, notice is hereby given that I, Bobbie Elliott, as Successor Trustee, under the terms of said deed of trust, will on Friday, June 12, 2020, between the hours of nine o’clock in the forenoon and five o’clock in the afternoon of that date, more specifically at 1:15 p.m., at the East door of the courthouse in the City of Doniphan, Ripley County, Missouri, expose said real estate for sale at public venue to the highest bidder for cash in hand to satisfy said debt and the expense of executing this trust.


Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. Sec. 1692c(b), no information concerning the collection of this debt may be given without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction. The debt collector is attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
