You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court for the County of Ripley, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to quiet the title and which affects the following described property located in Ripley County, Missouri:
The East Half of the NW Quarter of the NE Quarter of the SW Quarter, Section 6, Township 24 North, Range 3 East.
The SE Quarter of the SW Quarter of the SE Quarter of the SW Quarter of Section 6, Township 24 North, Range 3 East.
All of the NE Quarter of the SW Quarter of the SE Quarter of Section 6, Township 24 North, Range 3 East.
The names of all the parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof and the name and address of the attorney for plaintiff is: Devin S. Kirby, The Kirby Law Firm, P.C., 100 Jefferson Street Doniphan, Missouri 63935.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after the 24th day of June, 2020, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in The Prospect-News, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Ripley, State of Missouri.
