Michael L. George, 35, Coloma, Mich., pleaded guilty July 15 to an amended misdemeanor charge of peace disturbance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Heather Diane Houltzhouser, 31, Oxly, pleaded guilty July 15 to driving while intoxicated. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Travis Earl Scott Luye, 45, Doniphan, pleaded guilty July 15 to misdemeanor stealing. He was sentenced to one year in jail with suspended execution of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund.

Pamla Gale Miller, 63, Naylor, pleaded guilty July 15 to passing a bad check. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $150 to the CLER fund.

Dakota Michael Werner, 23, Warrenton, Mo., pleaded guilty July 15 to misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $100 plus costs.
