Warrants were issued July 20-24 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Christina A. Bennett, 43, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of passing a bad check;

•Joshua Lee Brewer, 41, Doniphan, failure to appear on a felony charge of non-support;

•Melissa Julia Anne Coito, 36, Couch, felony charge of stealing;

•Harley Austin Costner, 21, Doniphan, failure to appear for a probation status hearing and failure to appear on a municipal charge of no insurance;

•Trina S. Davis, 44, Chicago, Ill., failure to appear on a felony charge of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of a roadway;

•Andrew Richard Gruber, 27, Doniphan, failure to appear on municipal charges of no insurance, failure to register a motor vehicle and driving without a license;

•Anthony Devance Harris, 39, Doniphan, failure to appear on municipal charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance;

•Randy Joe Hubbard II, 20, Doniphan, failure to appear for a probation revocation hearing;

•Michael A. Leek, 34, and Nicole Stella Leak, 32, both of Buton, Mich., failure to appear on a municipal nuisance violation charge;

•Allyson Marie Little, 28, Harviell, capias warrant for a probation revocation hearing;

•Jeffrey Lewis Monaghan, 36, Grandin, failure to appear on a failure to display plates on vehicle infraction;

•Michael Perkins, 23, West Frankfort, Ill., failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of littering;

•Cassey Austin Thompson, 42, Doniphan, failure to appear for a probation status hearing;

•Stephanie Elaine Woodham, 30, Qulin, capias warrant for a probation revocation hearing;
