Cooper Jordan Asberry, 20, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to no insurance. He was fined $100 plus costs.

Jamin Richard Cook, 29, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to driving with a suspended license and failure to display plates on vehicle. He was fined $200 plus costs.

Cody Lee Master, 26, Paragould, Ark., pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to possession of a glass container on a waterway. He was fined $50 plus costs.

Dakota Wade McGonigal, 23, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Oct. 19 to an amended misdemeanor charge of stealing. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.
