Get This Town Cleaned Up

Doniphan mayor and city council where are you? We live in what could be a nice and CLEAN community but instead, our town is filled with filth on nearly every street in town. I drive in town everyday to find myself more and more disgusted. We have not one but two code enforcement officers that should be cleaning up this community but instead they are busy doing what exactly? Doniphan leaders - get this town cleaned up! We have people that truly try, maybe we should make them code enforcement.
