Alex Dale Armour, 28, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Dec. 21 to felony stealing. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Cody Brock Cox, 24, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Dec. 21 to felony leaving the scene of an accident. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Robert Wayne Fuller III, 52, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Dec. 21 to felony driving with a revoked license. He was sentenced to four years with suspended execution of sentence. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Christopher Dewayne Peterson, 33, Doniphan, was sentenced Dec. 21 to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Peterson was awaiting sentencing after his probation was revoked following a hearing on Nov. 16. He previously had pleaded guilty to felony possession of a controlled substance.

Larry W. Rudd Sr., 53, Poplar Bluff, was sentenced Dec. 21 to three years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Rudd’s probation was revoked after he admitted violating conditions of his probation on a previous guilty plea to felony stealing.

Colt Ray Scrivner, 31, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Dec. 21 to felony second-degree assault. He was given a suspended imposition, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Erica Cassandra Spitzer, 29, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Dec. 21 to felony delivery of a controlled substance. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Cassey Austin Thompson, 43, Doniphan, was sentenced Dec. 21 to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Thompson was awaiting sentencing after his probation was revoked Nov. 16 following a hearing. He previously had pleaded guilty to a felony charge of forgery.
