Warrants For Jan. 6-7

Warrants were issued Jan. 6-7 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Lehman L. Blackwell, 35, Pocahontas, Ark., failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of illegal possession or transport of deer;

•Patrick Michael Dowling, 37, Doniphan, felony charge of second-degree domestic assault;

•Kyle Austin Lowery, 18, Doniphan, felony charge of delivery of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia;

•Patricia A. Rankin, 26, no address listed, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of peace disturbance, possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
