Nathan Alexander Gargac, 18, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Feb. 24 to failure to drive on the right half of a roadway resulting in an accident. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Justin Dewayne King, 26, Grandin, pleaded guilty Feb. 25 to no insurance and failure to display plates on motor vehicle. He was fined $200 plus costs.

Jason Daniel Stodghill, 36, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Feb. 24 to driving with a suspended license (second or third offense), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and no seat belt. He was fined $310 plus costs.

Brandon Deroyce Walters, 28, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Feb. 24 to failure to wear protective headgear when on motorcycle in motion. He was fined $150 plus costs.

Joseph Allen Wilson, 48, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Jan. 24 to attempting to take turkeys with aid of electronic call, live decoy or bait. He was fined $100 plus costs.
