Warrants were issued March 22-25 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Brian L. Breese, 27, Maynard, Ark., failure to appear on misdemeanor charge of driving without a license and failure to display license plates on vehicle;

•Natalie Ann Conger, 35, Doniphan, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of failure to register a motor vehicle and no insurance;

•William B. Craig III, 24, Doniphan, failure to appear on a municipal charge of no insurance and no seat belt;

•Joseph Alan DeClue, 27, no address listed, failure to appear on municipal charges of speeding and failure to register a motor vehicle;

•Eric Dean Newkirk, 40, Naylor, capias warrant for a probation violation hearing;

•Jennifer J. O’Neal, 43, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of failure to register a motor vehicle;

•Trevor Eugene Ray, 19, Doniphan, failure to appear on municipal charges of possession of marijuana, failure to register a motor vehicle, driving without a license and no insurance;

•Matthew Dorland Russell, 35, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on a felony charge of third-degree domestic assault;

•Craig M. Sopko, 40, Doniphan, failure to appear on municipal charges of no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.
