Joseph E. Bryeans, 48, Oxly, pleaded guilty June 9 to illegally possessing deer. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received 10 days unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Hunter R. Hart, 20, Doniphan, pleaded guilty June 9 to insufficient personal flotation devices aboard vessel. He was fined $25 plus costs.

Ryan J. Leduc, 23, Cumillus, N.Y., pleaded guilty lJune 8 to insufficient personal flotation devices aboard vessel. He was fined $25 plus costs.

Tabitha Ann Tuttle, 35, Doniphan, pleaded guilty June 9 to failure to proceed with caution/yield right of way/reduce speed when approaching a stationary emergency vehicle displaying emergency lights. She was fined $100 plus costs.

Phillip L. Valibaba, 34, Doniphan, pleaded guilty June 9 to violating a protection order for a child, second-degree property damage and violating a protection order for an adult. On each count, he was sentenced to 38 days in jail with credit for 38 days served.
