Jessie P. Lacey, 38, Poplar Bluff, was sentenced July 13 to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked by the court.

Lacey had previously pleaded guilty to first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and third-degree domestic assault. He was sentenced to five years on each charge, to run concurrently.
