Jason Eligh Barnett, 39, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to first-degree stalking. He was sentenced to five years with suspended execution of sentence. He received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Maggie Nichole Flanagan, 36, Fairdealing, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to possession of a controlled substance. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Christopher Charles Hunter, 21, Doniphan, was sentenced Sept. 10 to five years in the Missouri Department of Corrections beginning with placement in a long term substance abuse treatment program.

Hunter entered a guilty plea to felony resisting arrest and also admitted violating conditions of his probation on a previous guilty plea to third-degree domestic assault.

His sentence will be reviewed by the court pending completion of the treatment program.

Adam Edwin McKinney, 34, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to an amended misdemeanor charge of driving with a suspended license (second or third offense). He was sentenced to one year in jail with suspended execution of sentence. He received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Alfred Larry Queen, 37, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to felony possession of a controlled substance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Thomas Hume Skaggs, 52, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Sept. 10 to felony second-degree domestic assault. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.
