Mark Anthony Counts, 40, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Sept. 20 to felony possession of a controlled substance. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Aaron Ray Mays, 29, Doniphan, was sentenced Sept. 20 to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after his probation was revoked.

Mays admitted violating conditions of his probation on a guilty plea to felony failure to register as a sex offender.

Sentence will begin with placement in a 120-dat shock incarceration program to be reviewed by the court pending completion.

Cassey A. Thompson, 43, Fairdealing, pleaded guilty Sept. 20 to an amended charge of non-support (prior and persistent offender.) Thompson was sentenced to seven years with suspended execution of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Sheena Ann Usher, 28, Doniphan, was sentenced Sept. 20 to five years with suspended execution of sentence after her probation was revoked.

Usher admitted violating conditions of her probation on a guilty plea to felony possession of a controlled substance.

Stephanie Elaine Woodham, 31, Qulin, was sentenced Sept. 20 to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.
