Katlyn Ann McCole, 20, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Sept. 29 to peace disturbance. She received a suspended imposition of sentence, received one day probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Tyler Anthony Ray, 20, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Sept. 29 to misdemeanor animal abuse. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Tosha Renea Roberts, 40, Fisk, pleaded guilty Sept. 29 to speeding and no insurance. She was fined $300 plus costs.

Yaritza Semprit, 37, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Sept. 29 to driving without a license. Semprit was fined $150 plus costs.

Nicholas Raymond Steed, 25, Poplar Bluff, pleaded guilty Sept. 29 to driving while intoxicated (prior offender.) He was sentenced to 180 days in jail with suspended execution of sentence except for 10 days. He received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the CLER fund plus costs.
