•Craig Allyn Cassinger, 20, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on a felony charge of driving with a suspended license;

•William Eugene Elder, 53, Naylor, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance;

•Marcella Mae High, 48, Doniphan, capias warrant based upon information of defendant allegedly tampering with electronic monitoring equipment;

•Zachary Brendon Hoefer, 24, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance;

•Larry Ernest Kohler, 41, no address listed, failure to appear on a felony charge of stealing rented property;

•James Marvin Morgan, 42, Fairdealing, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of failure to register a motor vehicle, peace disturbance, driving without a license, possession of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia;

•Edward Allen Ormsby, 34, Doniphan, failure to appear on a felony charge of driving with a suspended license;

•Bobby J. Scott, 45, Doniphan, capias warrant for a probation revocation hearing;

•John Timothy Stair, 52, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance;

•Roy Ervin Tippen Jr., 42, Fairdealing, capias warrant based on information defendant allegedly is not complying with bond conditions requiring utilization of an ankle monitor;

•Kelly Glen Vinson, 34, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of careless driving involving an accident and driving while intoxicated;

•Elliot Lynn Wilson, 31, Doniphan, felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance, first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest.
