Joseph Henry Shipman, 38, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Oct. 20 to misdemeanor stealing. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.
