•Andrea D. Fee, 34, Doniphan, felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia;

•Jennifer Kathle Herrera-Martinez, 35, Alton, Mo., failure to appear on a felony charge of stealing;

•Marcella Mae High, 48, Doniphan, felony charge of tampering with electronic monitoring equipment;

•James William Kopplin, 52, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of speeding;

•Boyd R. Lippoldt, 40, Dexter, capias warrant for a probation violation hearing;

•Joshua Samuel Sweet, 33, Poplar Bluff, capias warrant for a probation revocation hearing;

•Eddie B. Teegarden, 48, Dolph, Ark., capias warrant for a probation revocation hearing.
