Warrants were issued Nov. 23-24 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Marquan Devonta Jackson, 18, Poplar Bluff, felony charge of stealing a firearm;

•Jackie Smith, 59, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of passing a bad check (two counts.)
