Warrants were issued Dec. 1-2 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Daniel Duane Dean, 51, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of stealing;

•Amanda Marie Fassbender-Kempen, 31, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance;

•Charles Fredrick Haney, 51, Fremont, felony charge of failure to register as a sex offender;

•Jamie Rhianon Irvin, 42, Fairdealing, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of violating educational requirements for a child (two counts);

•Mary Elizabeth Jones, 33, no address listed, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana (prior drug offense), no insurance and failure to secure child in properly adjusted restraint (two counts);

•Anthony Duane Mitchell, 30, Doniphan, failure to appear on misdemeanor charges of driving without a license (second offense) and no insurance;

•Meaghan L. Peroutka, 37, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of violating educational requirements for a child.
