Devon DeShawn Earwin, 17, Doniphan, pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to no insurance. He was fined $50 plus costs.

Timothy Matthew Maybearry, 35, Van Buren, pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to misdemeanor stealing. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received one year unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Israel Riley, 44, Lake City, Ark., pleaded guilty Dec. 15 to operating a motor vehicle with brakes not in good working order. He was fined $150 plus costs.
