Warrants were issued Jan. 4-6 in Ripley County Circuit Court for the following:

•Everett Hess, 41, Doniphan, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of stealing rented property;

•Kyle Shane Larmore, 41, Doniphan, capias warrant for a probation violation hearing;

•Lucas Shane Pelliccio, 32, Poplar Bluff, failure to appear on a felony charge of possessing a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia;

•Penny Lynn Williams, 43, no address listed, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge of stealing rented property.
