To all persons who claim an interest in the property of Elizabeth Capps, who is now deceased, as an heir of either decedent or through any heir of said decedent.

You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed with the Court by Virgina Donnell for the determination of the heirs of Elizabeth Capps, deceased, and the respective interests as such heirs in and with respect to the property owned by Elizabeth Capps at the time of her death.
