Robert Wayne Fuller, III, 34, of Doniphan, pled guilty Sept. 9 to a Class E felony of driving while revoked/suspended, and was sentenced to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Kenny Wayne Davis, 60, of Dexter pled guilty Sept. 13 to a Class D felony of unlawful possession of a firearm and was given a suspended sentence of seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections and five years of supervised probation.

Christie Ann Colleen McDannald, 44, of Doniphan pled guilty Sept. 9 to a Class E felony of passing a bad check and was sentenced to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. She also pled guilty to a Class E felony of resisting arrest/detention/stop by fleeing, creating a substantial risk of serious injury/death to any person, for which she received a concurrent sentence of three years in the Missouri Department of Corrections.

Justin Mark Robinson, 35, of Doniphan pled guilty Sept. 9 to a Class E felony of endangering the welfare of a child in ritual/ceremony, in the second degree. He was given a suspended sentence and five years of supervised probation.

Eddie B. Teegarden, 50, of Dolph, AR., pled guilty Sept. 9 to a Class D felony of nonsupport in each of six individual months within any 12-month period, with an amount owed in excess of $5,000. He was given a suspended sentence of four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections, and placed on five years of supervised probation.
