It's Great To Be In Kindergarten On Graduation Day

Gatewood R-III's largest kindergarten class in many years put on their caps and gowns Thursday night to accept their diplomas in front of a good crowd. Persistent rain the past couple of days moved the activities indoors to the gym. As they recited the Pledge of Allegiance, sang and collected their awards, the excitement showed on the little faces. Kendra Parham was the winner of the prestigious Citizenship Award. Each graduate also earned $10 cash from the Gatewood PTO.
