Pop goes the weasel! Suddenly awake and upright, looking as though I had wrestled a tornado and feeling that way, too, I wondered if the clock had malfunctioned and skipped two hours. Ears ever alert for early morning texts, I had received and replied to one and had been lured back to dreamland, beyond any awareness of being in this world.
