Billy E. Cassinger, 63, Fairdealing, pleaded guilty June 12 to a felony charge of unlawful possession of a firearm after waiving his right to a preliminary hearing. He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received five years supervised probation and was ordered to pay costs.

Jason Paul Chaligoj, 36, Grandin, pleaded guilty June 12 to misdemeanor driving with a suspended license (second or third offense.) He was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $300 to the County Law Enforcement Restitution fund plus costs.

Claude David High, 40, Fisk, pleaded guilty June 12 to driving with a suspended license (first offense.) He was fined $100 plus costs.

Brooklyn Kathleen Lunsford, 25, Jackson, pleaded guilty June 12 to misdemeanor passing a bad check. She was given a suspended imposition of sentence, received two years supervised probation and was ordered to pay $150 to the CLER fund plus costs.

Dwayne Maples, 50, Doniphan, pleaded guilty June 14 to insufficient number of watercraft fire extinguishers and failure to exercise the highest degree of care of watercraft. He was fined $106 plus costs.

Douglas Michael Tisdale, 26, Naylor, pleaded guilty June 12 to no insurance and no seat belt. He was fined $110 plus costs.
